Three products. One system.
The Osprey Product Suite covers emergency callouts, the data behind the program, and the materials your crews depend on.
Emergency callout coordination for network operations teams and the contractors they dispatch
When fiber goes dark, the Network Operations Center that sees the alarms and the Outside Plant contractor that rolls the crew are in different companies, with different tools. OspreyStrike is the coordination layer between them, working alongside your existing systems.
One outage, start to finish.
Every one of those hours went to a handoff, not a repair. Finding the right contractor by hand. Confirming a location the crew could not find. Bringing the right fiber. OspreyStrike automates those handoffs and keeps both companies working from the same picture.
One shared view from alarm to resolved
OspreyStrike is the bridge. The NOC operator creates an ECO in one interface; Strike turns it into a dispatched work order for the OSP, pages the on call supervisor, and brings live status back to the NOC, without asking either side to change the tools they already use. Try it below.
What operators see
OspreyStrike gives the NOC three views of an ECO, from the moment an incident is reported through active coordination.
ECO intake
Fast capture of a new ECO: a precise location on the map, the job type (CMR, MFR, or FNOL), and a description. Strike takes the dispatch from there.
Active ECOs
Every in-flight incident on one board: clear status, assigned contractor, and how long it has been open, all at a glance.
Live ECO view
Everything about a single incident: location, job details, every communication, the field work underway, and a timeline of what happened and when.
Connects the tools you already use
Strike does not replace your NOC's monitoring stack or your contractor's field platform. It sits between them, turning an ECO created in the NOC into a dispatched crew, with continuous status flowing back.
One screen for dispatch
A single interface for creating ECOs, watching the active incident board, and following live status, eliminating the need to contact the field crew for updates. A clear status on every incident keeps the NOC focused on what matters right now.
Automated pager dispatch
Paging persists in OSP because it works even when cellular service does not. Strike automates it: calls reach the right on-call supervisor based on where the incident is, with delivery tracking and automatic escalation if no one answers.
Status flows both ways
Strike creates the work order in the OSP's existing field management platform, the one crews already use for assignment, GPS, photos, and completion, with no new app to learn. Live status comes straight back to the NOC, including every checkpoint required for incident closeout.
What OspreyStrike does
-
ECO intake in seconds
A NOC operator creates an ECO in the web UI: a precise location on the map, the job type (CMR, MFR, or FNOL), and a description. Strike assigns the job number and kicks off dispatch automatically.
-
Automated paging
Strike pages the right on-call supervisor automatically, based on where the incident is. If the first contact does not answer, it rings down the list on its own, so the next person is reached without anyone having to track them down.
-
Live status from the field
Strike syncs with the OSP's field management platform, the one crews already use, and brings status changes straight to the NOC's screen. The NOC sees what is happening as it happens.
-
A complete incident record
Every action on every ECO is captured: page attempts, status changes, field updates, completions. When a regulator asks what happened, an SLA dispute comes up, or the team runs a post incident review, the answer is in one place.
-
Contractor performance on the record
Response times, page to dispatch, time on site, and completion, per contractor and per incident. The same record can be used for compliance and for a quarterly vendor review.
Strike is one part of Constructured
OspreyStrike shares its AI backbone with the rest of the Constructured platform. Deploy alone or alongside Vantage and Reserve as a unified OSP operating system.

One view of your entire OSP program
Your dispatch, field apps, materials, and contractor systems each tell part of the story. OspreyVantage brings them together so you can finally see every part of the program at once, and answer the questions that used to take days of spreadsheet work.
What OspreyVantage does
The whole program in one view
Every active project, crew, material delivery, and open incident in one unified picture. One place to see what is happening right now.
Answers that span your entire operation
Ask questions that cut across systems (cost against plan, crew utilization, materials to project, incident trends, burn rates) and get one answer that everyone can agree to.
Trouble, spotted early
Patterns in your own data surface material shortages, schedule slips, and capacity crunches while there is still time to act on them.
Help shape OspreyVantage
We are still building this one, and we would rather build it with people who run OSP programs every day. If you have ever wished for one place to see the whole thing at once, we want to hear how you would want it done.
A digital twin of your materials supply chain
OspreyReserve tracks every component from the warehouse to the final installation point. See inventory in real time, know what crews will need before they need it, and keep every spool and pedestal accounted for.
What OspreyReserve does
Inventory overview
A unified, real time view of materials across yards, staging areas, and active job sites. One source of truth instead of three spreadsheets.
Predictive replenishment
Forecasts tie material needs to crew schedules and project timelines, so you reorder in good time and the work keeps moving.
Chain of custody
Secure, auditable tracking from the moment materials arrive until they are installed, so gaps are easier to spot and address.
Help shape OspreyReserve
If a missing spool or a mis staged transformer is a familiar problem, we would like to hear how you would want it solved. Early users get first access and a direct say in what gets built.
